So can u guys help me and Build me a PC within the Budget of 1500$ but with All the Peripherals and a MONITOR (1080p is fine).

And it would be Great if it was Intel-Nvidia Based, Basically a Gaming PC that can run all games at high Settings at  60FPS. The build should not exceed 1500 bucks.

I wouldn't. I put in DDR4 Ram! When you change the processor, you will have to get slower RAM. When you want to Upgrade the Processor, go for the i5 6600K. Otherwise don't upgrade it. It's a decent Processor.

Say what you want but I'm recommending AMD. I did include the peripherals and the monitor and didn't just tack on some $25 combo.

If $15 means that much just lower the RAM to 8GB and he'll be fine.

You're welcome. This rig should absolutely handle 1080p gaming, and could probably handle 1440p 60fps, if you ever choose to upgrade your monitor.

Ok, fair, I was never criticizing your choice of AMD (proud r9 380 owner) but I was simply going with what the OP had requested. About the keyboard and mouse, the only reason I added it is because I personally own that combo, and I can attest to the fairly decent build quality of the components. It's alot better to get the best tower possible before getting peripherals.

Don't forget, OP is here because he does not know what to pick.  There would be no reason to go with a 980 when a Fury will outperform it... and has much better DX12 support.

Okay, I'm not the one who will buy the part. If he sees this and thinks the AMD card is the better option, he'll pick it up. We don't know if he specifically uses Shadowplay, or i he has already bought shield and stream consoles that only work in the NVidia ecosystem. I'm just doing what he asks, and assuming he knows what he's asking for.

So this would be my choice:

i5 6600k, with an overclockable board. You can downgrade both of these things if you dont intend to overclock

Trusty 212 Evo, cheap but effective cooler

memory is middle of the range kingston stuff, more than enough for gaming

storage includes a boot & game SSD with fast SDHDD as backing store

Video card is a 980TI which is pretty much the best you can squeeze in at this price range ("Blah blah 390x, Blah blah Fury" people will disagree)

Case is a placeholder

Monitor is a short response time 1080p 1ms monitor, if you dont play many twitch shooters (CSGO) then you mayaswell sidegrade it to a 1440p with longer response

Peripherals are budget-ish options of reputable brands.

PC:

Monolith(Laptop): CPU: i7 5700HQ GPU: GTX 980M 8GB RAM: 2x8GB 1600MHz Storage: 2x128GB Samsung 850 EVO(Raid 0) + 1TB HGST 7200RPM Model: Gigabyte P35XV4 Mouse: Razer Orochi Headset: Turtle Beach Stealth 450

IoT:

Router: Netgear D7000 Nighthawk

NAS: Synology DS218j, 2x 4TB Seagate Ironwolf

Media Accelerator: Nvidia Shield via Plex

Phone: Sony Xperia X Compact

If you plan on adding more, 4x4GB is a bad idea.  It puts extra stress on the memory controller.  Also, faster RAM does matter when gaming:
