how much do a few Mhz do?

would their be a difference on my i5 from a 100 - 102mhz blck with a 45 multiplayer and what about for my GTX 980 1354-1425mhz?

Your ram will run faster, your GPU and CPU will all run slightly faster as a result

(GPU more than antything else)

@DominicNikon Sorry for the real late reply, i guess you should check up on your heat output from the cpu after overclocking, though i guess it shouldnt be much but if u have a cooling system, then just put it on as it can help you with future overclocking!

BTW is the processor a 6600k?

A 4670k. 18 c idle and 55c under load at 1.345v

@DominicNikon  okay cool! So if u have a cooling system then go for it, as i think once u engage in overclocking u crave for more(normally happens with all) so yes overclock with your cpu installed,
