Gaming build right? What kind of games you aim to play?

Cod, csgo, dota , civ 5 and some higher games like fallout 4, and Farcry primal, maybe division. Kinda depends what is out

Go for better GPU like R9 380 which is only extra $30.

i would have just recommended a strix 750 Ti 2GB OC,don't you think? fallout 4 can't possibly benefit from having a high-end card...

This is my current (theoretical) build, is it looking good or any improvements

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/4fRs6h

honestly,in my opinion,i would downgrade the GPU to a strix GTX 750 ti OC w/ 2GB and get an ATX board from MSI/asus/[good-brand] for more expansion. the games you listed, apart from the really open-world ones (i.e. GTA 5), don't really benefit that much from more VRAM.

you could also pull the trigger on an SSD and velcro it to the back of your hard drive a la linus, but that's up to your interpretation of your patience.

Lol Higer games like fallout 4. My old potato pc with a 260 can run that game easily.
