are there tiny cheap laptop motherboards that have a slot for ram and a cpu?

i just want a small motherboard with a slot for ram and a place to put my cpu and graphics card. the rest ill figure out how to rig it. im not going for quality here btw.

What CPU do you have now? That's going to be the limiting factor

Best option would be to snipe a gutted laptop MOBO off ebay that still functions and supports a GPU. If you're trying to build a laptop out of a a consumer ITX board it's going to turn into a lap-briefcase. I briefly entertained the idea a while back, but it just isn't feasible on consumer grade parts -sans scavenged laptop parts.

1) 99.999% of laptop motherboards do not have swappable CPU/GPU

 

2) ones that do are extremely expensive, unless youre talking about something like 10 years old or whatever

 

3) a mitx motherboard will be cheaper than a (decent) laptop motherboard
