Can i put this in my system

I Have found An fairly cheap gtx 950 that i want to buy. But it's TDP is around 90 Watts and with pci 3.0 .my motherboard has pci 2.0 and my psu contains 1 pci 6+2 pin connector. Can i put it in my system?

Motherboard is fine. PCIe is backwards and forward compatible with different revisions as of this time. What power supply are you actually using?

Kinda.  The PC was pre-build. I changed everything except the HDD

I'm not sure if I trust that manufacturer at all. I have no idea who they are, so I can't properly judge them.

CPU: AMD FX 4300

Motherboard: Asrock 960Gm/U3S3 Fx

GPU: Radeon R5 230 ( witch sucks for gaming)

RAM: Corsair XMS3 8 GB

HDD: Hitachi 320 GB

PSU: Ewent E3902 550 watt

The 6300 can be very decent. My server is powered by an ASRock board - it works fine. I also happen to have a 320GB WD Blue hard drive in my build.

right, thats a hexacore, not a quad or, almost dual core. The only thing I use amd cpu's for is my new core 5000 toaster.

In one benchmark, the 6300 was able to best a 3570K.

Like I said, hexacore, not a quad. and I'm not really impressed by an i5. but at least they are from the same time period.

There's very little information available on their PSUs. Even Ewent's datasheets for the PSUs is pretty bare, with just the basic specs and connectors. 

No info on who the OEM is or really any internal components. Typically, a lack of information is not a good sign of quality, so I wouldn't be particularly happy to have it in my rig. No 80+ certification, either.

Hey don't jugde me. It's my First build. :-)  altrough with my configration and the gtx 950 like i Have seen on YouTube. It's a pretty good PC able to Run bf 4 on Ultra with 50-60 fps

Bf4 isn't exactly requiring, it's butter at 1440p

Yeah. I Have found also little about the oem. Altrough the psu has been in my system for some Time now and it didn't cause problems

There are many things that don't cause problems for everyone, but are still not safe. Just because it hasn't done anything yet, doesn't mean it never will. 

Not to say that it WILL cause issues, but given the lack of information available, it's safer to assume that it's not very good. I would advise replacing it with something better if you get a chance, but if you're short on money for upgrades, then you could make do for now.
