Hi, so I'm fairly new and I had a question regarding Windows 7 operation system, which is overtime (like say a year) could it end up slowing down my processes and mainly result in my games takes much longer to load. I've noticed that even simple games that have never taxed much on my system like League of Legends take significantly longer to load which I find rather annoying. I'll leave my specifications down here

CPU: AMD FX-6100 3.3 GHZ

GPU- SAPPHIRE R7 370 2GB

Motherboard- MSI 970A G-43

RAM: 8GB of DDR3

1TB Toshiba HDD

Thanks in advance

Try running crystal disk mark and check your read/write speeds.  Your hdd might be dying.  Also,  try defragmenting your drive.  Run ccleaner or similar applications to clean up your pc.

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case

Do what he said and send results.

This really sounds like a dying hard drive, considering your system is kinda old and that it takes wayy longer to load. Does your HDD do weird noises?

I see that your E: partition (which is most likely where you store you games, given the size and the data on it) is almost full and that sequntial reads are a fair bit slower. Probably fragmented data, a defrag should help you.

But still, listen if your HDD makes noises. If so, backup your data (which you should do anyway)
