So, I'm trying to get my CPU to 4.5GHz. I've been running Intel XTU for over half an hour with 20 minutes left. After that I'm going to run Firestrike. What other things should I run to ensure the utmost stability? I'll obviously run some of the more demanding games I have installed.

I tend to validate my final oc with a two hour stress test at minimum, I've had oc's fail after an hour and a half before.

Other than that, I wouldn't recommend another program, unless you want to measure your performance with a benchmark. In that case, cinebench is a good one

I found if my CPU passed Cinebench, it passed everything else. If anything was going to crash while running my OC, it was always when running Cinebench.

I could run my CPU at 4.8ghz for 4+ hours without any issues, but it never passed Cinebench, so I never really considered it a good OC and thats why I have 4.7ghz listed for mine.
