CSGO. Need Help ASAP

My PC:

- GTX 980

- i7 5820k (6- Core)

- 16gb RAM

and I am getting around 20-50FPS in CS:GO. This started today, before that I would get 500fps +

I really need help as I want to rank up and playing is almost impossible. Thanks!

Right click on the game name in library and click properties

Current PC: Origin Millennium- i7 5820K @4.0GHz | GTX 980Ti SLI | X99 Deluxe
