5 11" @ 213 LBS?  You are massive if that is all muscle.  How big do you want to get?  Another 25 LBS of muscle and you will need a personal ass wiper because you back will be so big you can't reach yourself.  jk... but not kidding, you know?

Set goals and research... the information is everywhere.  Know your body and what to put in it.

I have never gone that far.  5' 6.5" and the most I have been is 167... that was starting to be too big for me as it was effectively just for show... and hockey season.  I always felt better smaller and faster... but I never took bodybuilding seriously.  It was all for improved mobility/performance on the soccer field/hockey rink/basketball court/etc...

Gain good knowledge and experiment with yourself, but set real goals.  Don't go crazy unless the goal is to push your body to the breaking point.  I could never get behind that though.  :(

Best of luck!  :)

its funny. it started out as just getting fit and then it got bad. i used to just work on muscles, and  because running isn't the best for trying to gain i never did cardio so from just flexing i'd be out of breath.

I did not start weights until I hit my early 20s.  I just did it because I had never before.  I liked it, the size and shape and strength.  My body changed up until this day.  I have not touched a weight in like two years and have retained the general shape I had back then.  I know if I starve myself it will fade, but I eat just right.  I am thirty-kdsughlxdhgf years old now.  :P

Strength is relative, i am 6ft at 186 LBS with 15% body fat, but i have no muscle definition due to the way my body is, long arms, shorter torso etc.

But i'm very strong for my size, being an ecto.

Speed + strength any day over pure muscle and bulk, it's not what women want either ;)

CONSOLE KILLER: Pentium III 700mhz . 512MB RAM . 3DFX VOODOO 3 SLi
