Install El Capitan on Windows

Hello!

I am new to the forums here. I would like to install El Capitan on my PC. I have a 256gb SSD running Windows 10, a 500GB drive for storage, and a 64GB SSD that is not connected at the moment and has Windows 10 on it (Just in case my 256GB suddenly dies). Ideally, it would be nice to have the option of selecting which OS I would like to load at the start. What would be the best way to do this? Should I install on 64gb drive and have that and the other two connected? Should I install on the 256gb drive? (not my preference)

Specs:
i7 3770K overclocked to 4.5ghz. Watercooled

ASUS Sabertooth board

8GB Corsair Vengeance Ram

EVGA GTX 580 1.5gb

LG Blu ray player

LG DVD player

Thank you!

Peter

Thank you Hodor. I have browsed that site, but the method described is to install on a fresh drive. If I follow that method and install on my 64 gb drive, would it be a pain to switch back and forth to my PC?
