Power Supply head room?

Ok. So, I'm building an FX 9590 or 8370 based PC (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sYW7cf) and was wondering if the power supply in there is sufficient enough. How much headroom should I have considering it's going to consume a max of 420 and this is 430. Is this ok?

go for 500-550 W, 10 W headroom is not recommended. always try having 50 and above

9590 & gtx950, can i ask what this build is for?

 

beyond that, i'd defenately bump up that power supply.

(ps, you do realise you need a cooler right?)

U already bought the processor?  If not get an i3 6300 or better an i5 6500 thats a lot better

these parts aren't all being bought new. I don't feel like buying another GPU so I'm going to use the existing GTX 650ti Boost I have. I also have a hyper 212 cooler.

I don't need part recommendations. I want to test AMD, I just have a question on the PSU

Ok but u wont get that great Performance.  Whats ur graphics card?

I suggest getting a 500 or 550W PSU. You could go with a platinum 430w, but that will cost as much as like a 750w psu

A GT 610  This is not for performance.

A Thermaltake TR2 is one of the worst PSUs out there, quite sad. A Corsair CX500M will be better than it by a fair bit. Should have no problem powering a GT 610 or 650ti.
