4" iPhone, are u interested ?

I've been android user since 2009 (had some old fashion 16000 colour Nokia phone (not touch)).

 

Currently I have Nexus 5 (2014) and I'm super satisfied with it except camera quality. 

 

I do like to keep my phone under 5". 

4" sound pretty neat since I don't use my phone for YouTube that much anymore.

 

How likely is it for Apple to price the upcoming 4" iPhone reasonably ($450 max) ??? I don't want to sell a kid to get one...

 

I have never used an Apple smartphone ever. But I would like to with this one and this idea is appealing to me (without knowing specs).

 

What do you guys think ? Any of u looking forward to it ? Are you going to switch ?

I would think it will be a lot cheaper than the 5c was at launch

I can never go back to 4 inch, too damn small, my minimum requirements for a phone is 1080p 5inch+

I hope apple target this one to be lower, since the 5c failed because of its price

if I was Apple, id be aiming for £350-£400 max, as they want to compete with the cheaper android phones

100% on this with u.

 

£350 is the super sweet spot and close to my willingness to pay this much for a phone.

 

If they charge over £400 then my interest will decrease with every penny lol.

I'd rather they go with a Z3/Z5 compact style - Sony managed to a 4.6" display (barely smaller than the 4.7" iPhone 6/6s) in to a phone the size of the iPhone 5/5s/5c simply be removing all the bezel space. 

 

Looking at the bezels on my 6s they are crazy huge. Yes it's to preserve the mighty home button but they really need to figure this out.

350-400 is actually Android high end.

you dont have to directly hit the same price point to compete

 

Somebody considering a $250-300 phone, might happily spend on $100 to move to Apple

id say the general population only buy android phones because they are cheaper (that is from retail experience too)

 

if you can get an iphone free on contract, or for not much more than a decent competitor it would be enough to make people jump ship

heck the OP is considering exactly what I am saying, so clearly people think this way

I watched the conference, its basically an iPhone 6S in an iPhone 5S body. 

 

Pretty good if you like the 4inch form factor! "Most powerful 4inch phone ever" according to Apple.
