1000 dollar build for csgo and lol

Hugo-

Looking to build a pc within the next month, and have a 1000 dollar budget, but would be better if it could be lower as possible. I will be playing Csgo competitively and LoL too, so a high refresh rate monitor is needed, and I may be playing some other high end games such as gta, fallout etc. I would like the build to include the monitor, mouse, keyboard (preferably mechanical) and obviously the pc too. Thanks in advance (will be streaming and editing a lot too).

I'd say to just stick with OBS instead of shadowplay. I just tried using it and it wont even record on my 970 T.T

Don't be fooled by the bottom line of my sig, that is just for my travels.

So you're telling me that Gaben is no God? Enough of your foolishness.

My hardware you ask? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 3217 Notebook... With an LG 25UM57.

I think the 144hz monitor is overdoing it judging by his budget. Maybe better to get a slightly lower hz and higher quality imageproperties (or screensize).

144 Hz is exactly what he needs tho. Moba and FPS benefit from higher refresh rate over size.

He is gonna play other games too. "John doe" will not get more frags by spraying a p50 at 144hz instead of 75hz.xD I think a 1440p monitor could nice if it is possible when we shift some components/prices. I.e. Dell P2416D is pretty cheap and it has very positive userratings (4.5 stars out of 5), maybe a 1440p monitor is something to consider.
