I think it has a lot of room for future building. This one could last you about 2 years before the parts are inferior to their newer gens. You have plenty of room for overclocking with the Hyper 212 EVO if you want it to clock around 4.2GHz. I have it, and I haven't overclocked my AMD FX-6300 yet (You might wonder why. It's an AMD- I'm not going to shorten its life span even more and "risk it for the biscuit.")

Anyway, I support budget builds, and this definitely looks like one to me. I scanned it for a minute or so, and I'm no professional by any means, but I think you will do just fine with this list. Getting them all from Amazon is smart. You can get free shipping on just about every one of those items if you don't want them in a hurry. That would be a cheaper option because you would be paying a little more to have every item shipped from other websites that charge shipping.

Good luck, and happy tech-ing!

Correction: You might only be able to OC to 4.00GHz, but you could stretch it to 4.1 if you have the courage. I realize that the 212 EVO isn't the best for overclocking, but it's beefier than people think.

THE EYRIE (Budget Build):

CPU: AMD FX-6350     GPU: AMD Radeon R9 280 Dual-X MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78MLT-USB3

RAM: 4 x 4GB Corsair (16GB Total) HDD: 2 x 500GB WDC 6MB/s SSD: None yet

PSU: Corsair 650X CASE: ULTRA Defender

How long would the build last if all I do is play csgo dota 2 and school work? (not high settings distracts me from playing the game(low settings))

Considering it's similar to my build, it would last you at least a year and a half, since that's how long mine has lasted. After that, you'll most likely be upgrading it a bit.

EDIT: You also have an Intel CPU, so it will last you a lot longer than an AMD CPU. Your build isn't really similar to mine, you just used the same price range. I don't know what I was talking about, lol.
