hi guys, hey i wanna know what do you think its the best gpu for a solid performance in 1440p , with high to ultra settings in the newest AAA games

I really dont care if the gpu exceeds 60 frames in all kind of games, but i hope always more than 30 frames.

I always set up my systems with Nvidia`s gpu, but i accept recomendations from AMD as well.

Thaks for all your time guys. xD

980 Ti -> Fury X -> Nano -> Fury -> 980 -> 390X -> 390 -> 970
wouldnt go below this i guess, and might mix up nano, 980 and fury's performance :P

I guess since you didn't specify a budget, the best GPU would be the 980Ti.

Price is really important here

Also do you preffer AMD or Nvidia?

Also do you mind waiting a few months until the new cards to come out to see what kind of performance they offer. Also when the new cards come out the prices on the last generation cards generally drop.

For now? 980ti. In 2-3 months? Who knows. I'd wait tbh.

Price to Performance R9-390/X. This is coming from someone who had 970's in SLI and moved to a single 290X 8GB (basically a 390X). Now I have no issues with HD texture packs at 1440, rarely sub 60fps.
