What to do with old PC?

Hello!

I have this old PC and I was wondering what I could use it for. Here are the specs

CPU: AMD x2 4050e

GPU: Nvidia 6150se (pretty much useless)

RAM 3GB DDR2

PSU: Corsair CX430M

OS: Windows 10 Home

Storage: 250GB HDD 2.5"

Network: TP-Link Wifi

Optical: DVD RW Sata

Anyone have any ideas what I could use if for? Any ideas? Because right now its pretty useless. Also, everytime it boots, it says something about my HDD is failing and I should back it up. (It even said this when I plugged into my Current PC). But I ran CrystalDiskInfo and it said is was 'good'. Thanks!

A NAS? A game server?

Thing about a game server is, that my IP changes and I don't want to have to redo my port forward everyday.

well more like, the computer is practically useless. if you want, you can upgrade them with cheapo stuff from ebay or if you are in canada go to freegeek.

Besides getting rid of it, is there anything I could use it for? I would go with Game server, but I don't know of anyways to keep me from having to port forward everyday. I plan on slowly upgrading it.

Well its dead silent. It only has 2 fans (PSU and CPU), but what do you actually do with a home theatre? Just run movies and songs? Its very capable. I could buy a Blu-Ray disk and maybe a HDMI converter of some sort.

Yup, that's all I can think about of what a HTPC does, get a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and you can even browse the web on your TV! though depending on the resolution, Interface, tv size and distance it could be a little awkward

but that's what I did to an old laptop I had laying around~ certainly better than having a plain old DVD player

Get a dynamic IP program and it'll work fine.
