Well, if you want the same result as him. I guess so. But I would not. I would buy a motherboard with the color scheme. However, I believe others have painted theirs with success

not worth it if you dont have the cash to fork out if you screw up

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

It's not really recommended as it's fairly risky however if you want to the better option would be to brush paint it using acrylic or model markers paint as it gives more control and accuracy. You can also add in dummy pieces into the PCI-E or DIMM slots to try and prevent paint from getting onto those pins.

If your wanting to say paint the heatshinks however it's a fair bit easier to a degree, I have  a write up here under Motherboard and RAM Painting if your interested:

Check stuff like vinyl wrap out if your planning on covering heatsinks but for PCI-E or DIMM slots the only way really is to paint them as stuff like vinyl will tend to be very difficult to apply and interfere with the cards that will get installed.

They wouldn't do that unfortunately since it would be extra work for them just to create a custom part. If it is just the heatsinks they can be modified fairly easily with a bit of work either permanently with spray paint or with removable options like plasti-dip or Vinyl, the hard part is the slots on the motherboard if those need to be painted to a different color.
