so Im playing overclocksies in a e5300...

its 100% stable at 72c on a stock cooler at 3.9 at stock voltage (it's base clock is 2.6)

thats a 1/3 oc at stock voltage on the stock cooler

MIND BLOWN

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

Be careful.  Dont just assume because a chip can do 4.0ghz at low voltages it can do 5 ghz at low voltages also.  You might hit a power wall before that which requires massive voltage increases to overclock further.

even still. 4ghz on a stock cooler at stock voltage is pretty baller.... it could even go higher as its not unstabe yet

Not saying it isn't impressive.  Just saying that i have seen chips go far with stock voltage and respond terribly to extra voltage.

yeah... im overly happy as it is as a 1.6ghz overclock.. well yeah. I might try my t4 on it and just see how she goes...
