M.2 SSD Disables 1 SATA Port

Garrzilla

I am getting a m.2 SSD with the Asus MAXIMUS VIII GENE mobo. On PC part picker, it says "The motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6Gb/s port is disabled." The mobo has 6 SATA ports, so I'm fine there. How do I know which port not to plug my 3TB hard drive into?
