For 1650x1050 it doesn't matter.

Same goes for 1080p. If you don't plan to buy monitor with 2560x1440 resolution, just buy cheaper one.

Both cards will perform the same in general at 1080p. But if you go to 1440p or 4K, R39 90 will perform better. Not by much, but still it will be better.
