Please help i'm having problem with my laptop...

So i try that program where ads will be block by using it, for a while its working fine, but in a week its started to get weird, when i turn on my laptop it open then when it got in the desktop, when i click a program like google chrome or folders or anything its not opening. but when i run it in SAFE MODE its all good but i don't wanna run my laptop in safe mode forever. please HELP.... this is the link that i followed to do it.
