NZXT N450 3 fans on top issue

So january i decided to build my desktop with the NZXT N450 case

i watched a couple of review videos and found out that there's one thing that OC3D and HardwareCanucks both cant agree

that is, the ability to fit 3 fans on the roof (or the fan near the case's top I/O)

 

OC3D said its do-able and that he have checked while HardwareCanucks said it wasnt possible

 

i bought the case and tested it out myself with a NF-F12 and found out i cant fit a fan there

so i left a comment on OC3D's review video and he replied that its possible and he's been doing it for quite awhile now

 

my question is, whats going on?

 

im looking into possible future expansions as i may fit 2x 360mm radiator in this rig in my next build
