Hi guys,

So I can buy a second hand GTX 970 for €280 in my country. A new one would cost me €360.

If I'd buy it, I'd probably buy another one half a year later and SLI them. In the end it would cost me about €550.

But since Pascal is only a few months away, I don't know what to do.

I don't play very graphically demanding games at the moment, csgo is doing fine at 50 fps with the GTX 645 I'm borrowing from a friend.

What should I do? buy the GTX 970 and SLI later, or wait a few months and buy a new, higher end Pascal card in a few months?

I would like my PC to run as quiet and cold as possible, but it's not a major point.

Let me know what you think, I'm open for suggestions.
