Help price match and is this any good?

So am in the neighborhood to finding 16gb RAM. At my local Best Buy I found this RAM here which is PNY.  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VM6YKFC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

At Best Buy its 139.99$ ( For real lads ? ) Of course you can price match which am doing. However the lowest price I could find for this RAM price matching is well this amazon one which is 86 $ which is a pretty good deal.

Of course price matching is only for sellers/EXACT MODEL #, of Amazon, Newegg, and etc.  I also live nearby enough to FRYS. So if you guys could also help me find cheaper 16gb RAM it would be appreciated. If this is one I chose is good enough then i'll grab it, since more games are requiring more RAM unfortunately.

Thanks for helping and your time for reading this,
