Good OS X only applications?

I just finished getting my OS X virtual machine up and running on ESXi 6.0 and am curious about what Mac only applications I should try to use/install. I kind of want to try out different mac only applications, however I'm struggling to actually think of any that are Mac only as so many applications are cross platform now a days. I like to develop in HTML, CSS and Python by the way, so things centered around web development would be sweet.

Try autodesk Smoke. It's Autodesk's version of premier. You can get the student version here http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/all

I don't particularly like evernote, but the mac version is prettier. There's also Alternote.

If you do any image editing Pixelmator is a absolutely fantastic OS X/iOS exclusive. I can't justify the cost of Photoshop, and if I didn't have access to my Mac (and hence, Pixelmator) I don't what I'd do.
