Amd Apu GTAV performance.

Im thinking about an Amd 7850k for my new rig. What can it do with 8 gigs of ram and those built in r7 cores in gtav?

I can run this game at all low 800x600 with an hd 6450 I got for free at 30fps

so it'll be a great experience on the a10

It is inbetween a r7 240 and r7 250, but more toward the 250 if you have dual channel 2133 or higher ram with it.

the A10-7850/7870K are R7 250 DDR3 desktop GPUs

 

they both have 512 shader cores

 

2400MHz is suggested RAM for the iGPU to run at it best

 

Dual graphics with the A10 and the R7 250 will only bump your fps from 30+ to 50+

 

if you really on a budget

 

the A10 is alright

 

but if you have more budget

 

grab the Athlon 860K and a R7 265 at least

 

or grab the R9 380/X as the highest GPU to combo the Athlon 860K
