Liquid cooler loud when playing games

My computer gets loud when I play games. I'm using siv from gigabyte to set my fan curves but it seems not to apply in game.

CPU: i7 4790k

CPU cooler: deepcool captain 360

Graphics card: Asus matrix r9 390

MB: gigabyte z97x gaming 7

Hard drive: seagate 1tb 7200rpm 

Ram: AMD 8gb r5 entertainment 

PSU: corsair cx750m

Well, taking that you followed the installation instructions provided by DeepCool...

 

I think the SIV signal's are not being relayed correctly via the PWM splitter to the fans. It basically runs stock curves. Also, is SIV running in the background or do you close it? *Check using task manager if it stays running.

 

That might also be why it's not running your curves as it isn't running ;)

Have you confirmed what temperatures your hitting during game play?  Is it your GPU fan or your CPU/case fans?

I'm not sure what it hits, but it usually hits 60 celcius.It is my 3 cpu fans on my 360mm radiator.
