My budget is $340-ish and I'm not sure about what I found: for the processor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117562&cm_re=Intel_Core_i5-6600-_-19-117-562-_-Product and for the mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130890&cm_re=MSI_B150M_Mortar-_-13-130-890-_-Product i'm from a diff. country those are just for reference i can't buy from newegg and my case can only fit an mATX and an mITX.

The i5-6600 will have no issues with a R9 380, go for it.

If you want to save a few dollars, you could also consider the i5-4690 and a Z97 / H97 board.
