AMD 16.2 Drivers

The fan speed seems to be stuck at 30% when I was running FireStrike Extreme

It went up to 62 Celsius then I stopped it due to the heat and no change in speed

  • CPU: AMD athlon  860k
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A58M-HD2
  • RAM:2x4gb HyperX Fury
  • GPU: XFX R9 380 4gb
  • Case: NXZT S340
  • PSU: EVGA 650G
  • Display: BenQ GL2460HM
  • Cooling: Hyper 212 Evo
  • Keyboard: Corsair k60 
  • Mouse: Steelseries Rival 300 (white
  • Sound Logitech g430
  • Operating System: Windows 10 64bit

did you install the latest driver hotfix?

Is this the driver that came with the CD?

 

Use that.

 

Im sick and tired of people saying that you should just download the latest drivers from AMD or NVidia. The GPU manufacturers will verify that the driver they include doesn't cause any issues that may harm the hardware.
