Artifacting on only one panel?

Hey all, for some reason my 4K Samsung monitor is flipping out. It artifacts like crazy then goes black... Here is the weird part. The two side monitors (both 1080p) have no artifacting at all  

 

Here is the rundown:

- 4K Middle monitor is artifacting

- Two side monitors are fine

- Had this problem on two different R9 Nano's

- My middle monitor was fine with a 980Ti

- Tried two different drivers

 

I'm starting to think maybe it's the cable, and for some reason it is having some issues with the DP used on the R9 Nano?

I tried 15.12 and the new 16.2, maybe I should go back farther?

nvm seems to be the cable, plugged it in super hard and it seems to have stopped it for the most part (still minor) 

 

so I ordered a new one and hopefully it should be 100%

Try rearranging them and see if it still happens when it's not the primary monitor
