New system I have built uses a Corsair VS 550, and runs a XFX R9 390 8GB no issues, still it's the one part I plan to upgrade in later revisions to my build.  Mainly to support Crossfire.

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

You should be fine since you can't overclock the Xeon and you can get a small overclock on the 390.

It should be fine, as long as you give it a slight OC you should be fine, nothing crazy.

Actually, with that psu you should be more than fine. It´s seasonic, + 80plus gold. You should be fine with a bit of overclocking.

Just an FYI, the vs is a bad psu. I´d look into upgrading it as soon as you could.

The seasonic is of much higher quality than the coolermaster one, that being said, the coolermaster one is not of terrible quality. Either should work, but personally I´d just stick with the seasonic one. Seasonic=safesonic.
