Cheap pre-filed watercoolers

I am looking for a pre-filled cpu watercooler but one that can be upgraded , and on the cheap

Define upgraded and cheap. Most modular systems aren't cheap as they generally have better components already so that they can drive more than what they have. I'm sure if you are just looking to upgrade the fan most of them use pretty standard 120 or 140mm fans.

Unfortunately these things don't come together.

 

So what's you budget and what are you wanting to do that would require a watercooler?
