Its probably the CPU,due to how the game is programmed it only uses 1-2 cores effectrively making AMD CPUs crap at it.

ok thats what i thought i overclocked my cpu and now i get slightly better fps but i will be buying a new cpu soon anyway

BTW those games run better on Fermi than anything newer in regards to PhysX ability, it's just the way it is, but if you have a spare card use it for PhysX with those games and you should see a bump in frames.

turning physx too low is off isnt it, because thats what i set it at on my 7950 and i got better frames on that then with this 980ti

Yes, low should basically be off. I think. I have a gtx 980 and usually get about 120fps from what I remember, but when I get into fights with physx on it drops to about 25 fps. So I just turn it as low as possible and everything is all gravy.

yeah i do have it at low and i cant get above 60 and it fps seem too drop when im look at a big area if i spawn and look at the end of the map i will get over 100 fps
