I actually think it will do it, fine. If you only want to play CS, but not Adobe CS suite lol?

I would consider getting a Z97 motherboard so you could add a cooler and overclock later on, but very nice start. You could save some money but buying Windows from *cough* other sources *cough*

If you can get the OS on the exchange reddit or G2a you will be able to go much further. (I3 and 950)

so, i tinkered around, and this is what i came up with:

i'm guessing this is just for CS:GO, meaning you dont need lots of storage.

 

- i dropped in an SSD, your next upgrade would be just dropping in an extra box of spinning rust.

- as earlier mentioned, i dropped in a seasonic power supply

- i dropped in a Z97 board so you can overclock a bit.

If you dont mind going with the AMD stock cooler, you could just go with the Athlon X4 860K
