The pins remind me of RAM, it could be SD RAM but it seems too small. Maybe SODIMM?

It's not RAM. It could be an old Intel CPU like what they used before. Pictured below is an old Celeron clocked at 333MHz using the same slot type.

I saw the chip on the PCB, and thought "old Intel CPU of sorts." Then I went to Googling all of their CPUs, and finally decided to Google "Intel slot CPU" and bam, the results I needed.

I found this which looks kind of similar http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Celeron/TYPE-Celeron%20%28Mendocino%29.html

S_Intel-Celeron300A-66%20(front).jpg

EDIT: NVM it's a pentium III https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentium_III

Intel_Pentium_III_Katmai.jpg

According to wikipedia this is a "A Pentium III Katmai SECC2 cartridge with heatsink removed"

EDIT 2: Looks like someone else found it first. Oops.
