3ds xl stand

Go to solution Solved by Monte_Carlo,

I recall Nintendo having sold them direct... and after checking... they do.

https://store.nintendo.com/ng3/

Select your system in the left hand menu, click accessories, and bam.  It appears all but the 2DS have a charging stand with the New 3DS getting the cool vertical chargers.

If it's a New 3DS XL, Nintendo has an official stand (with a charger port) for it.

I have a regular 3DS and just made my own stand (from LEGO, with no charging port)

Idk, they have physical locations I would be inclined to trust this site.

It's still not the correct stand, this is for the regular 3DS, but OP has a 3DS XL

dont think there is such a stand for the 3DS XL, so that's a shame..

how?

I for example made it with LEGO. Use your imagination, you can certainly make something yourself too.

but wont it ruin the look

well if you for example have a black and white theme you can use black and white only bricks. Otherwise it can be a charming feature on your setup too.

Google sent Project Fi users a lego set for xmas - The idea was to build a stand with it. Their design was crap so I used my imagination and made my own. Now it works as a phone, tablet, kindle, and 3ds stand. The only con is it used project fi colors (lime green, light blue, yellow, white).

Legos are surprisingly useful if you are creative. Even if you get ugly colors you can spray paint it or something if the design is final.

"Solus" (2015) - CPU: i7-4790k | GPU: MSI GTX 970 | Mobo: Asus Z97-A | Ram: 16GB (2x8) G.Skill Ripjaws X Series | PSU: EVGA G2 750W 80+ Gold | CaseFractal Design Define R4

Next Build: "Tyrion" (TBA)
