literally this. if you want better performance, get another 4gb stick of ram and have 8gb in total.

it will depend on your system, but in conclusion, no difference

if it supports 1600mhz ram, then your ram will run at 1600, but you wont see a difference in casual day to day use, unless you are photo editing and use ram disk/cache

if it doesnt support 1600mhz, it will either not boot at all, or run the ram at 1333mhz, which made the swap pointless
