b0ss PLASE HALP: Getting HDD errors

So, today I got on my computer only to find it freezing and lagging badly. I've ran a diagnostics. With my hard drive getting an error Code 2000-0151. I really need help as I have really important files on it. And I was looking forward to a Civilization V marathon tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Copy those files to another drive and get a new one. This one is a goner likely

You'll need to get a new drive, that one is pretty much on its last legs, nothing we can really do.
