Moving from 212 Evo to H100i GTX

So ill be moving to water cooling soon, how much can I expect my temps to drop on the CPU? My 4690k currently runs at 38 degrees idle and about 55 under full load, currently not overclocked but plan to put it back to 4.4GHz.

Needs money for car parts :P

 

System specs: Core i7 9700k, Dark Rock Pro 4 , MSI Z390 PRO, 16GB CORSAIR VENGENCE DDR4 3000, EVGA GTX 1070 FTW, Corsair AX860, Seagate 1TB, Sandisk 240GB SSD, Corsair 400c

28-30 idle

45-50 load

 

also..that 38 for idle on the 212 evo seems a bit high

I usually get like 32-35 idle

I always thought it seemed abit high, but i am using an ITX case so I thought that might be the reason

I just went from a 212 Evo to a Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate and my temps on stock speeds on my 8320 dropped almost 20 degrees.
