Hello,First of all let me show you my Current Gaming ,,rig"

CPU: Intel I5-4460 3.2ghz

MOBO:AsRock h97m anniversary

Ram: HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz

SSD: HyperX Fury 120GB 500mb w/r

Power Supply: ATX Deluxe 450W

Aaaandd: GPU: The most decent gpu that has ever existed: AMD Radeon Sapphire R7 250x

I know what u will say first: Why would you buy expensive cpu,mobo, ram,and completely forgetting about the most important part: GPU.Well By the time i bought the pc,i knew crap about pc's.After Watching tons of Linus Tech Tips/Techquicke i Realized i could get more performance by doing This -> Intel i5 ->> amd fx x4 4320

R7 250x ->> MSI AMD Radeon R7 370 Gaming 4G

h97m (indeed) -->> As Rock n68-GS4 FX

ATX Deluxe -->> ID-Cooling SE-450B,80+ Bronze 450W (the rig  consumes around200w so)

Tho there's one thing here,i also record.So the questing is -> Making those changes will affect somehow my recordings? What about performace? How much better will it run?

The 4320 is one of the worst CPUs you can buy, I'mr 96.4% sure it will bottleneck even the R7 370. Keep the i5, and upgrade the GPU later on. You'll have a much, much better upgrade path with the i5, and the GPU is decent enough and will work until you can get a GPU you really want.

Ok well don't pick a side just go with the flow when building. Go with what works with your rig. Don't try to prepick the parts just get a general idea and go from there. When upgrading this is exactly the case. Get a general idea and have a set budget and ask what you should get from people.

So, you want to change an i5 4460  for the fx 4300? hell no, just no. Performance will drop significantly, you will regret doing the change. Just save money for a better gpu

The thing is,I will get a better GPU,doesn't that makes my IN-GAME performance better?

Changing your CPU will affect your recording depending on what you record. Encoding, resolution, file type. It appears that the CPU you would like to change to does not have many benefits. Your current CPU is a lot stronger. For reference look at this comparison http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4460-vs-AMD-FX-4320. Remember Intel Cores are stronger than AMD as a fact not a opinion. The only benefit is clock speed and L2 cache. You can overclock higher if you so wish to.

It does, until the CPU cant keep up with what the GPU can manage.

the cpu is by no means an unimportant component in a gaming system.

Yeah your graph that you found is completely inaccurate it is showing that an i5 4690k has less frames than an i5 3470. That is bad and just incorrect

It would if you would keep your CPU as it is now.
When building a rig you want to balance your CPU and GPU. If you would change CPU to FX 4320 your balance would shift, CPU would be worse compared to GPU.

Why would your PSU cause a issue? As long as you meet the power requirements for the CPU also the other components in your PC.

This is what a Component-Seller Company Staff recomended me,they felt really bad about how unbalanced my pc is
