can i use toilet paper to remove thermal paste

Sure???? I usually use a paper towel and some isopropyl alcohol. Just make sure you have more to put it its place before powering on again.

yes, you can, but there will be micro fibers on your CPU, which will impact CPU performance a tiny bit, because it`ll run a tat hotter

so try to use some good alcohol

to game or not to game, that`s the question

Yeah, go ahead. After you've cleaned off the thermal paste use a soft cloth to wipe off any fibers left by the toiler paper.

Kitchen paper would be better than toilet paper if you have to use something like that. There woulds still be a few microfibres but a lot less and the paper wouldnt break apart as easily.

Use coffee filters if possible. Lint free. Or use a microfiber cloth and 91%+ isopropyl alcohol.

yea it is fine. I usually use toilet paper to get the bulk of the thermal paste and finish off with a microfiber cloth and alcohol

Sure, but it'll leave fibers behind. Coffee filters and 91% rubbing alcohol are much better.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
