Three monitors vs 2 ultrawide monitors

For gaming, should i get 2 1440p ultrawide 21:9 monitors or 3 1440p 16:9 monitors? I will likely be playing games on all monitors if possible, but may also use it for 1 monitor having game and other monitor(s) having information or a crafting guide on it.

2 monitors is just stupid, as you would get the bezle right in the middle of your view

I suggest 3 monitors because it will be easier to multitask, even if you want to play a game on 2 screens, and have Chrome or something on the 3rd one. 

Plus ultrawide can be harder to run, so instead of turning your settings down, you'll be fine because you're running at a lower resolution.

How about 1 ultrawide, and two smaller and cheaper monitors on each side? Its a nice compromise, and it doesn't leave a derpy bezel in the middle of your view.

Like he said two is bad simply for overtaking your center view. Also three allows for a more surrounding view. Be sure what ever your using for a gpu can support 3 monitors though, daisy chains and hubs can impede refresh rates and even quality. You should also look carefully at the bezel size or you'll be looking at massive black bars instead of enemies.
