Strangest HDMI issue ever

So before I go into detail I should explain my setup, I have a smart TV mounted to the wall in my college apartment bedroom so I can watch tv from my bed. Because it is wall mounted I run an HDMI cord down the bottom through some cable management bars and then it runs around my room to the opposite side so it can connect to my PC, xbox, and anything else I might need to hookup.  Running on the side of the HDMI cord is a mini fridge for beer and small snacks. I could never figure out why every 20 minutes or so the video on my tv would go out until I realized that it was due to my fridge cutting on and off. So apparently a mini fridge can cause cable interference.  What would you guys recommend as options for preventing the interference? moving the cable isn't really an option and I'd rather not have to buy a 25 foot Monster cable without knowing weather it would stop the interference or not.  Is there a way of external insulating the cable behind the fridge?

are you sure its interference and not your TV shutting off because the fridge is using too much power?

are they plugged into the same circuit?
