Posted February 20, 2016 These are the parts I have selected to upgrade (but haven't bought yet) my older Alienware, CPU: Intel Core i7 - 6700K Quad-Core Processor Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Ram: G.SKILL Trident Z Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 *NOTE* I need to be able to run crossfire. The MSI choice for the motherboard is due to the fact that the current motherboard was from MSI, however, this is not a gaming pc and I will therefore welcome any other motherboard suggestions that are more suited for a Workstation. MONEY IS NOT REALLY AN ISSUE, SO PLEASE GIVE YOUR BEST POSSIBLE SUGGESTIONS. Please judge the parts I have selected and offer insight to better options. I am located in Canada and will be purchasing all the components from Canada Computers: http://www.canadacomputers.com/ Thanks Best Regards, Kevin
