I recently noticed that my Swiss Gear laptop back packs strap is ripping. Now Im fine buying another one, but I want to know if there are any other brands. I notice the Swiss gear ones run about $50 to over $70 at most stores. Ive had this bag for years. I prefer a back pack style as I am a student. I do carry my laptop and its accessories as well as books. Im not sure on a budget. I need something that will last.

When choosing a laptop carrying case, the laptop screen size matters. For me to help your further I need to know this information.

To add onto LittleCarrot, be sure and get a name brand like Swiss, Targus, etc...

I guess Ill pick up a swiss gear at the store then. My laptop is in the 15" range. Its the lenovo y50.

I find that the ones laptop manufacturers makes are pretty good. I am using a Dell Adventure 15.6.
