That seasonic should be good. Maybe the M12II EVO for modularity if you want that

if i had the budget, i'd go with a 550w or 600w, for future proof. seasonic is a great brand.

You have plenty of wattage, you could throw a GTX 980 in there no problem so have no fears about wattage.
