never heard of a program that does that...

i dont even know why it would be useful to know the average temp... current, min and max are the useful values

the closest thing i can think of is aisuite or intel XTU or afterburner which makes time graphs so you can see how hot the temperatures were some time ago

HWiNFO can do that. But it will need set time period. The way average works is that you take number of temps during period to get correct number. Calculating average on the fly isn't that easy to do.

 

So with HWiNFO you set place for log files and those will contain average numbers for whole time software was open. I think it can do timecodes also if you want to check how gaming etc. affects.
