Nothing. You've got a laptop, you're can't really upgrade much except for RAM and a SSD.

You wanna "game harder"? Build a gaming rig.

You could get a external graphic card, although your CPU will probably bottleneck it

I'd upgrade the RAM to 8GB, but other than that, there's really nothing other that you can do.

Only thing you can do realisticly is lower settings to gain more fps. You got laptop. Its pretty much locked for upgrades. You might be able to add RAM or change to bigger SSD. But thats it.

I'll go out on a limb and say he has a 4710/4720, both of which wouldn't bottleneck an external card.

What you can do is try and overclock the 860m which I would advise against considering that model gets pretty hot, and since the CPU is known to throttle sometimes and GPU is knows to sit at 80C, it might throttle as well. You might get lucky but I wouldn't push it.

Never thought I'd do this but here it goes. I summon @don_svetlio since he has the same laptop (only not UHD iirc).

Do you not like me? :o

EDIT: I must correct you. CPU temps for me are around 73*C and GPU temps are 63*C under gaming load. There is more than enough room for OCing.

Quick Google showed me some people were having problems aka hitting 80C on both fronts.

I never summon people, that's why :D

Summoned Luke and Nick once and thing that's about it.

Not sure. Possible - but i've not had issues with throttling.
