Blue screen of death and random freezing

My secondary PC is freezing and giving numerous blue screen of death codes and it has been since I first built it, it is driving me crazy because I can not do anything with it.

specs,

Intel G4400

GTX 770

2x4gb 2133 Kingston HyperX fury black @1.25v

ASrock Z170 extreme 4

My PC will Blue screen or freeze or both then give me an error related to the RAM, i.e. Memory management, Fatal memory management, critical structure corruption, did a run of memtest86 and it found no issues with my ram, i am out of ideas completely

I have also reinstalled windows once and that did nothing, I have over volted my ram as I was instructed to do it was 1.2v now it is 1.25v

it mainly happens when I am playing a game, but it has happend when on the desktop or doing some light browsing

Is your GPU overclocked?
