Windows 10 - get corrupted - problem with hardware?

Hello. My system Windows 10 Pro get corrupted. When clicking some programs, they wont opening. And i have automatic repair loop problem during boot windows.

Question is. Can Windows get corrupted by faulty memory or faulty sdd ? Or it is only software issue?

Memtest86 - not showing errors

HDTUNE - no errors, Smart 100% ok health.

Cpu 4790k - good temps

with windows 10 theres a 99.9999999% chance it's just being a piece of shit, and your computer is actually fine.

honestly the easiest way out is probably to just reinstall, or idk try running chkdsk /r /f C: in CMD or something, maybe thatll help.

pc specs: 4 function calculator / 8 digit lcd display / colored numeric and function buttons

it could be a bad ssd or ram

you'd need to stress test them to be sure

 

it could also be that you only did the upgrade...and didn;t do a clean install aftewards

it could also be that you are using older drivers

make sure you get the newest from the chipset manaufacter

or go to station drivers

I'd run memtest but it's not normally hardware, Windows breaks itself sometimes.
